Sales Consultant

Who would suit this role?

We’re looking for a driven sales professional with a passion for results! You will have the ability to build strong relationships, manage your own pipeline, and thrive in a fast - paced environment. Resilience, confidence, and a proactive approach are key to success in this role. 

What does the role entail?

• Manage leads and follow up in CRM system
• Schedule test drives for customers
• Promote Turners as the preferred business for buying and selling cars
• Collaborate with teammates and business managers to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Stay positive under pressure
• Drive to exceed sales targets

What we need from you?

• A good knowledge of cars
• Previous buying/sales of cars experience
• Confidence interacting and negotiating with people
• Proven successful sales record with ability to achieve targets
• Ability to proactively network and build relationships – both internal and external
• Sound self-management and the ability to remain focused under pressure
• Positive and informative communication skills with a high level of integrity
• Previous experience in the automotive industry would be highly advantageous
